Overview

This website is deliberately kept lean. It sets no cookies, embeds no external trackers (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no social media pixels) and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. All styles are inline, all assets are local.

Personal data is processed only to the extent technically required to operate this website or when you actively contact us.

Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is:

Server log files (hosting)

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider's web server processes technically necessary access data in so-called server log files. These are typically:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of the request
• requested URL and HTTP status code
• amount of data transferred
• referrer URL (if transmitted by the browser)
• user agent (browser and operating system identifier)

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in ensuring the trouble-free operation and security of our systems (defence against attacks, error analysis).

Retention period: The log files are stored by the hosting provider for a short time and then deleted or anonymised, unless security-relevant incidents justify longer retention.

Hosting

This website is operated on servers of InterNetworX Ltd. & Co. KG (INWX), Hainstraße 16, 99867 Gotha, Deutschland (service “webspace.bz”). Data processing takes place in Germany. A contract for data processing on behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

Contact by e-mail and telephone

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation / performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).

Retention period: We store your enquiry for as long as necessary to process it and thereafter within the scope of statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law, generally up to ten years). Beyond that, we delete your data at your request, provided no retention obligation stands in the way.

No cookies, no tracking

We use no cookies on this website and no comparable technologies (local storage, fingerprinting, etc.) beyond what is strictly necessary technically. There is no tracking and no audience measurement. No profiles are created.

Transfers to third countries

Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the EU / EEA in the course of operating this website.
